cucumber raitu is simple,quick and tasty side dish to be had with any parathas or rice.
Preparing time: 10 minutes
Cucumber – 1 (small- grated)
Curd/Yogurt – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Green chillies – 1 (small- finely chopped)
Split mustard seeds (rai na kuriya) – 1 tbsp
Take 1 cup curd/yogurt in a mixing bowl. Add shredded cucumber.
Add chopped green chillies and 1 tbsp Split mustard seeds (rai na kuriya).
Add 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp salt. whisk it very well.
Serve it with parathas or rice! 🙂
