Tortilla pinwheels is very simple and quick party appetizer/starter which need minimal cooking yet taste yummy.

Resting time – 30 minutes(minimum)
Cream cheese – 1 cup
Onions (finely chopped) – 1 large or 2 small
Tomatoes (chopped ) – 2 medium
Cabbage (chopped) – 1/2 cup
Capsicum (chopped) – 1 large
Green chutney (Cilantro- mint chutney) – 1/2 cup (Click here for the chutney recipe)
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Mix 1 cup cream cheese, onions, tomatoes, capsicum and cabbage in large mixing bowl.
Add green chutney, salt and black pepper in that and mix very well.
Warm the tortillas on both sides for few seconds without oil. ( I used ready-made tortillas but you can make it at home). Spread a nice thick layer of cream cheese mixture on roasted tortillas.
– Roll it tightly and wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate it till its served or for 1 hour.
Take it outside from the refrigerator before serving. Remove tortilla roll from plastic wrap and cut it into thick slices.
Use toothpicks for serving. ( You can also prepare these pinwheels and keep ready in advance by covering them and putting in refrigerator.
