Mix 500 gm rice flour, 50 gm all purpose flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp turmeric powder,1.5 tbsp red chili powder, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, 2 tbsp carom seeds in large mixing bowl.

Add 1/2 cup butter and mix it properly.

Add water gradually and make a soft dough. Divide it in 3 equal parts and fill it in chakri machine.

Give chakri shape and fry it on medium-high flame (I put plastic wrap on platform and used spatula to remove it). Allow it to cool down completely and store it in air tight container.

And your tea time snack is ready!! 🙂
